At WinBe we focus on the ability of students to hold natural everyday conversations as well as grammar. Instead of drilling pre-learned patterns, we begin our lessons from the real-life aspects of conversation. Our teachers lead students into the world of speaking English with native speakers.

WinBe teachers work 5 days a week and have 3 long vacations per year. There is a mix of children and adults classes in all schools. Teachers can prepare teaching materials when no classes are scheduled. Teachers are expected to build that school up for the duration of their contract. There are attractive incentive bonuses available for successful teachers.

Teachers are responsible for preparing and teaching English lessons, the upkeep of students’ files, and report evaluations, both to students and our Head Office. Teachers are also required to conduct demonstration lessons for prospective students. All aspects of the job are covered in the initial training session. Twice-yearly seminars are held to improve teaching and demonstration lessons skill. Teachers are expected to be ambassadors for their respective countries and cultures.
